【Cultural Event】Japan Fest 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana (October 8th)

 October brings the return of Japan Fest at the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA), the annual celebration of Japanese culture, featuring live music, food, dancing, fashion shows, martial arts demonstrations, as well as guided tour of the Museum’s Japanese Gallery, and more.
  Organized by NOMA, the Japan Club of New Orleans, and the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville, the Japan Fest 2016 starts at 10 a.m., with an energetic performance from Kaminari Taiko drumming ensemble on the steps of the Museum.

  • Admission is free for NOMA members, $5 for the general public
