The Sushi Academy of Knoxville is making a special trip for their first ever classes in Nashville! Learn the skills needed to make sushi at home, including making sushi rice, choosing your ingredients, proper rolling technique, decorating a beautiful platter, and more about Japan’s rich food culture. Cost is $55 per person and space is limited, so be sure to reserve your place soon!

All proceeds from this class go towards funds for organizing the Knoxville Asian Festival. All Knoxville Asian Festival proceeds go toward creating K-12 outreach educational programs.
