Consul-General Fukushima visited Senator Blackburn on February 19th

Consul-General Fukushima visited U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee on February 19th.
 Consul-General Fukushima asked Senator Blackburn for her continued cooperation in further enhancing the Japan-U.S. relationship during their meeting. The Consul-General also stressed the importance of the Japanese companies for the Tennessean economy and introduced Japanese cultural events that facilitate mutual understanding. Senator Blackburn welcomed Consul-General Fukushima and said that she remains committed to doing her best for the bilateral relationship, discussing the long history of exchanges between Japan and Tennessee. Senator Blackburn gave the Consul-General Fukushima precious advice on how to enjoy music in Nashville.
