Consul-General Watanabe meets with Governor Reeves

On December 12, Consul General Watanabe paid a courtesy call on Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves at the Mississippi State Capitol in Jackson. Consul General Watanabe thanked Governor Reeves for the state’s support of Japanese companies and residents in Mississippi. 
 
Mississippi is home to approximately 50 Japanese companies, including Toyota and Nissan North America, and Japan is the largest job creator in Mississippi among other foreign countries.
