North Mississippi Cherry Blossom Festival 2024

On Saturday, March 23, the North Mississippi Cherry Blossom Festival 2024 took place at Ballard Park, hosted by the Japan-America Society of Mississippi, and co-hosted by the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville. Participants who came to Ballard Park with cherry blossoms in full bloom enjoyed Japanese culture through various performances and demonstrations including mochi pounding, calligraphy, martial arts, kimono dress-up, Japanese food and more. Thank you to all the guests who attended this event and thank you to everyone who helped put on this event.
