Sister Cities of Nashville World of Friendship 2024

On April 24, Acting Consul-General Masahiko Mitsumoto and the Consulate’s staff attended the event “World of Friendship” hosted by Sister Cities of Nashville. The event featured a variety of cuisines from around the world, with a focus on cuisines of the countries where Nashville's sister cities are located, as well as dance and musical performances. In addition, gift baskets from various countries were auctioned off, including “Kamakura Baskets” from Kamakura City, which has a Partnership City Agreement with Nashville. About 200 participants enjoyed food from various countries and deepened cultural exchanges with each other.
