Consul-General’s Commendation for Clay and Cathy Jackson

On Monday, April 28, Consul-General Shinji Watanabe presented the Consul-General’s Commendation to Mr. Clay and Ms. Cathy Jackson, Former Co-Chairs of the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival Advisory Council.
The Consul-General recognized the Jacksons contributed to the deepening of mutual understanding and friendship between Japan and Tennessee through the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival, their help planting cherry blossom trees in the Nashville area, and their support for Cheekwood Estate & Gardens, and presented his commendation to them.
