Consul-General Watanabe Visits Kobe University Tennessee Office

On Thursday, November 13, Consul-General Watanabe visited the newly established Kobe University Tennessee Office on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus and interacted with University of Tennessee officials and Japanese language majors at the office, together with Professor Toshihiro Minohara of Kobe University, who was visiting Knoxville. 
 

      In August 2024, Kobe University and the University of Tennessee signed a memorandum of understanding to establish reciprocal overseas bases. The Kobe University Tennessee Office is located within the English Language Institute of the University of Tennessee Knoxville's Global Engagement Center.
