Consul-General Watanabe attends “World of Friendship” event hosted by Sister Cities of Nashville

On April 23, Consul-General Watanabe attended the “World of Friendship” event hosted by the Sister Cities of Nashville. At the event, a variety of cuisines from around the world were introduced, with a focus on the cuisines of the countries where Nashville's sister cities are located, as well as dance and music performances. There was also an auction of gift baskets donated from various countries, including a gift basket from Kamakura, a city that has a partner city affiliation with Nashville. About 200 participants enjoyed food from various countries and deepened their cultural exchange with each other.
