Consul-General Watanabe attends the 13th Annual Bluegrass Area Japanese Speech/Skit Contest

On Saturday, March 28, Consul-General Watanabe attended the 13th Annual Bluegrass Area Japanese Speech/Skit Contest held in Richmond, Kentucky. At the contest, eight Japanese-language students delivered speeches in Japanese, and three groups performed skits in Japanese. Additionally, volunteers, including local Japanese residents and students learning Japanese, gave presentations introducing the audience to different aspects of Japanese culture.
