On Friday, July 10, Consul-General Watanabe attended the 40th Anniversary Celebration of Komatsu’s Chattanooga Manufacturing Operation. The celebration was also attended by distinguished guests, including Congressman Chuck Fleischmann, Tennessee State Senator Bo Watson, and Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp. Together with Komatsu executives, employees, and community partners, they celebrated the facility’s remarkable 40-year history and expressed their hopes for its continued success and growth.
