Farewell Reception for Consul-General Yoichi Matsumoto

On March 18, 2024, The Japan-America Society of Tennessee (JAST), Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Sister Cities of Nashville, the Tennessee World Affairs Council, and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) hosted a farewell reception for departing Consul-General Yoichi Matsumoto.
Representatives from each organization expressed their appreciation for Consul-General Matsumoto's past activities and expressed their regret at his departure. Consul-General Matsumoto expressed his gratitude for the support he has received for the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville and stated that he was very happy to have contributed to the promotion and strengthening of Japan-Tennessee relations in this region.
