「会計・税務コンサルタントの目を通した企業経営及び地元政府との交渉と付き合い方」
10月21日、当館は総領事公邸において、プラントモラン会計事務所との共催により、在米日本企業関係者を主な対象とするビジネスセミナー「会計・税務コンサルタントの目を通した企業経営及び地元政府との交渉と付き合い方」を開催致しました。
当日は、ミシガン州から公認会計士を講師に迎え、当地の自動車等製造業や商社等のビジネスマン約30名の参加者を対象に、企業経営へのアドバイス、複雑化を極める税務業務、地元政府に対するタックスインセンティブ交渉方法等について講義を行いました。
講演後は、ネットワーキング・レセプションが開催され、参加者間の活発な交流が行われました。
On October 21st, the Consulate General invited Japanese company representatives to the Consul General's residence for a business seminar called "Corporate management through the eyes of an accountant/tax and how to negotiate and get along with local government".
The guest speaker, a CPA from Michigan, spoke to approximately 30 people from the automobile sector, trading companies. Lecture topics included advise to corporate management about complex tax practices how to negotiate with local government for tax incentive packages.
Following the lecture, participants enjoyed lively exchanges during a networking reception.
