On July 29th, Consul-General Fukushima visited Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art with Mrs. Jane MacLeod, CEO of Cheekwood. Consul General Fukushima observed newly renovated Blevins Japanese Garden “Shōmu-en”. After the long-awaited renovation project completed, Shōmu-en became ever more beautiful garden of peace and tranquility.
The renovations were completed with support from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism (MILT) of Japan.
