Consul-General Fukushima Attended events regarding the Japanese Garden at Waterfront Botanical Garden, Louisville, KY (July 24)

  On July 24th, Consul-General Fukushima attended events regarding the Japanese Garden which is planned to be built at the Waterfront Botanical Garden in Louisville, Kentucky. The Japanese Garden is expected to be a symbol of friendship between Japan and Kentucky. The events were attended by those working for a stronger relationship between Japan and Kentucky of government, business, culture and other fields, including Hon. Robert Stivers, President of the Kentucky State Senate, Hon. David James, President, Louisville Metro Council, and Mr. Peter Kelly, the President of the National Association of Japan-America Societies.
