Taiko Group KODO Performs in Nashville

On February 27, Consul-General Matsumoto attended a performance by the Japanese taiko drum group KODO at the Nashville Symphony. The venue was full and the audience was thrilled by the dynamic performance. The KODO performers were able to walk the streets of Nashville and experience “Music City” the day before the concert. The KODO North American tour will continue through the end of March. We hope that as many Americans as possible will experience and enjoy this wonderful Japanese culture.
