Consul-General Matsumoto Visits Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear

On Friday, March 10, Consul-General Matsumoto paid a courtesy call on Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear. Governor Beshear expressed his appreciation for the new investment and job creation in Kentucky from Japan. Consul-General Matsumoto thanked the Kentucky government and the people of Kentucky for their support of Japanese residents and Japanese companies in Kentucky. He also discussed the importance of human and cultural exchange between Japan and Kentucky, including Japanese festivals, Japanese language classes, and Japanese gardens.
