Commendation Ceremony for former Kentucky State Governor Steve Beshear

On March 10, the Conferment Ceremony of "The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star" took place for Steve Beshear, former Kentucky State Governor, at the Kentucky State Capital in Frankfort. At the ceremony, Consul-General Matsumoto congratulated Steve Beshear and introduced his contributions to Japanese companies, economic relationships, and cultural exchanges between Japan and Kentucky.
