LDP Chairperson Katsunobu Kato visited Kentucky April 29-30

Mr. Katsunobu Kato, Chairperson of the General Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan and member of House of Representatives of the National Diet of Japan, visited Kentucky April 29-30, 2019. Consul-General Hiroyuki Kobayashi accompanied Chairperson Kato on his visit. Chairperson Kato met with Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin to exchange views on how they can further strengthen Japan-Kentucky relations. Governor Bevin also hosted a dinner for Chairperson Kato, Consul-General Kobayashi, and leaders of the Japanese business community in Kentucky.
