Consul-General Watanabe Visits the University of Mississippi

     On Wednesday, September 30, Consul-General Watanabe visited the University of Mississippi.

     He began his visit by meeting with students studying Japanese. They engaged in a warm conversation-conducted entirely in Japanese-about their interest in Japan and their future aspirations.

     Following this, the Consul-General met with Japanese language faculty members and stakeholders promoting industry-academia collaboration to exchange views on future exchange programs and opportunities for cooperation.
