Consul-General Kato Attended Expansion Ceremony at Denso Manufacturing Athens, Tennessee (January 28)

１月２８日（水）、加藤総領事はテネシー州アセンズ市のデンソー・アセンズ社の工場拡張記念式典に出席しました。
当日は、同社が製造するガソリン直噴装置の製造拡大が発表され、これに伴い４００名の新規雇用を行うことになりました。ハズラム・テネシー州知事、ボイド経済開発庁長官、フィリップ労働庁長官、地元市長など多くの関係者が今後の地元での雇用拡大等への貢献に対して感謝の言葉を述べました。
On Wednesday, January 28, Consul-General Kato attended a ceremony of Denso Manufacturing Athens Tennessee to celebrate their latest expansion. Denso Manufacturing announced that they will increase employment by 400 as well as their production of gasoline direct injection technology.
Governor Bill Haslam, Tennessee Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd, Labor and Workforce Development Commissioner Burns Phillips, and other leaders spoke at the announcement, thanking Denso for the company's increased employment and continued support of the local community.
